How this works
- A small program in our AWS account checks about every 5 minutes that each system responds, and keeps up to 30 days of results. It checks reachability only: it does not submit the lead form or send test mail. Bars show one day each.
- It runs in the same AWS account as most of what it checks, so if AWS itself is down this page may be down too.
- This page covers our own public systems. Staffbox does not monitor customer units from here; there are none installed yet, and who monitors each unit will be agreed with its IT provider at install.
- History starts on 2 Oct 2026, when monitoring began. Days before that show grey.
- This page is for information. It is not an SLA or a guarantee, and checks can miss problems. Raw data: status.json.
